Piada – from Tradition to Innovation

The piadina flatbread (or "piada" for friends), as every other product, is evolving looking for new ways of interpretation. L'Isola della Piadina introduces to the market a new concept of flatbread, which on the one hand is well secured to both tradition and freshness, while on the other hand aims to stimulate the customer palate from several other aspects. By means of a perfect handling of fats and an optimal blend of different flours, we offer a semi-wholegrain product with no animal fats which results to be absolutely digestible and persistently flavoured. Stay tuned, as we'll regularly propose new 'special' recipes (proposed with seasonal fillings), so that even the most demanding palate can be continuously delighted.
